Day 15 of the Consistency Challenge

Happy Monday! Well, it’s been a few days since I reported on the consistency challenge. But I am here to report that I am still going strong with a few hiccups, but doing the best I can. The key here is that you try, every day. I admit I have kind of fallen off track a little, but picking back up where I left off.

I did wake up a little after 6am, but didn’t walk on the treadmill until this evening. I have given myself grace so if I can’t walk on the treadmill in the morning, I do it in the evening. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be done.

Still drinking my smoothies in the morning though. That has become a constant even on the weekends. This weekend I found cubed frozen dragon fruit. Oh my goodness does that make a good smoothie! You have got to try it. It is a beautiful deep purplish pink color. Stunning!

On to my evening routine, so I am signing off for now, but will be back tomorrow. Chow!
