Day 3 of the Consistency Challenge

Well, today was day 3 of the consistency challenge I am doing. Here is how today went:

Today I woke up at 6:00am, laid there a few minutes then got up and got dressed for my walk on the treadmill. It is really making my day so good by doing this first thing in the morning, as well as making me feel better. While walking, I watched Season 1 Episode 2 of Amy Smilovic’s Tibi Style Series on You Tube. I am loving it.

I was under on calories again and so proud of myself. Today’s water jug had orange slices in it. Lemons and oranges are what I plan on putting in it tomorrow.

It is so crazy, but every night this week, I have been busy until after 8pm. So I have been finishing up everything later than normal. But I’m still getting it done.

This post is a little shorter, but like I said, my evenings have been late so far this week. Well, off to day 4!
