Day 4 & 5 of the Consistency Challenge

Catching up with day 4 and day 5 of my challenge. It has been super busy here this week. With having baby lambs and taking care of all that, we haven’t actually sat down to watch tv until after 8pm every night. I am hoping tonight we can finally have a little down time. But when it’s lambing season, it’s all hands on deck.

But a little update on the challenge. I am still doing really well with getting up at 6am every morning. Only this morning is the first morning I didn’t walk on the treadmill before work. I relaxed a little and drank my water. It feels really good to hydrate myself with good things instead of downing cups of coffee. I am not opposed to that, but I am trying to change a few things in my life and that is one of them.

The 64 ounces of water drinking is going good, but I haven’t completely drank every last drop every day. I have got to keep working on this. So overall, I am really pushing myself to be consistent and I am so proud that I am doing it perfectly imperfect. Meaning, I can’t expect to do all those things perfectly every day, but every day I keep showing up, it gets a little easier. I keep thinking about how proud I will be when I complete the 35 days.
