Day 7 of the Consistency Challenge

Another day of the consistency challenge, and I am so glad to still to going with it. Being consistent is one of the hardest things to do, yet also the easiest thing to do. All it means really is showing up, time after time, day after day.

I did sleep in a little bit this morning, but back to the 6am wake up tomorrow morning. Perfection in consistency is not really ever possible, but coming back again to the routines keeps it consistent for you. It’s all about coming back to those routines, those habits, that move you along and make you feel better.

Once again drinking my water, had my morning green smoothie, and doing the habits that are helping me to keep moving.

I am getting ready to walk on the treadmill and then do some Melissa Wood Health. I love coming back to my walk everyday. It’s not hard. It’s not boring. But it is essential. So keep coming back to those habits that nourish your body, mind, and soul. They are essential.
