Fall 2024 TV Shows I Am Loving & Ones I Am Looking Forward To
I had a great relaxing weekend at home doing chores, cooking, cleaning, and working on the blog. There were two really enjoyable things I did. One of those things was hanging out with my momma on Saturday, shopping at thrift stores, and ending up at Barnes & Noble. Another really great thing was sitting on the back porch with my husband, by the fire, with party lights, and watching tv. We went Sunday and bought a TV at Best Buy that was on sale for less than $80 that we decided to use for a tv on the back porch. We are back out here again tonight watching the Jets vs. Bills game.
Today’s post is all about tv show I am loving and ones I am looking forward to this Fall 2024 season. Most of these shows, my husband and I watch together. I haven’t watched several of these shows yet, but plan on streaming(speaking of streaming, if you missed my post highlighting shows on available on streaming, go check it out) them to binge and some we are DVRing already. There are just so many good shows, it’s hard to watch them all. And then with football season having started up, we watch a lot of games as well.
- Yellowstone is coming back on Nov. 10, on Paramount, for it’s 5th and final season. Seeing this show go is very sad. I love this one.
- English Teacher is a new series that started on Sept. 2 on FX. I haven’t watched this one yet, but really want to see it.
- The Old Man is coming back for season 2 if you have been watching it from the beginning. I haven’t seen it yet, but want to watch it. The new season started on Sept. 12 on FX.
- Grotesquere is the hot new thriller series with an appearance by Travis Kelce. To see this hot new show, tune in to FX. The series started on Sept. 25.
- High Potential aired on Sept. 17 on ABC.
- Matlock (the reboot) started on Sept 22 on CBS. I haven’t watched this one yet, but I love the old Matlock, and love Kathy Bates. But will just have to watch to see what I think. Updates to come.
- 9-1-1 Lonestar new season started on Sept 23 on FOX with a killer first episode back. This is one of our faves and it did not disappoint.
- Murder In A Small Town is a new series that I am dying to see this year. It aired on Sept. 24 on FOX, but I haven’t been able to watch it yet. But we have been DVR’ing it.
- One Chicago aired on Sept. 25 on NBC. I want to see it for sure. I love cop/legal/crime drama shows. No matter how many, I still love them.
- Social Studies is a new series on FX that started on Sept. 27.
- Law & Order came on Oct. 3 on NBC. I love love all Law & Order shows! They are some of my fave legal dramas.
- Scamanda started Oct. 9 on ABC.
- Abbott Elementary is one I haven’t ever watched before but want to. It also started on Oct. 9 on ABC.
- Tracker started back on Sunday night after football, on CBS. This is one of our favorite shows.
- FBI is starting on Oct. 15 on CBS. We love FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted which also both air their new seasons on Oct. 15 on CBS as well. So three hours of FBIs!
- Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage starts this week also on Oct. 17 on CBS. This is the spinoff from Young Sheldon.
- Happy’s Place is Reba’s new sitcom that airs this Friday on NBC.
- Say Nothing is a new series that starts on Nov. 15 on FX.
- Elsbeth took the country by storm last year, and I predict she will again, on Oct. 17 on CBS. Tune in to see this great drama.
- Fire Country and Brody return this Friday Oct. 18 on CBS. It’s been a long season away from Fire Country. LOL.
- The Neighborhood is a fave of ours that has another season started next Monday Oct. 21 on CBS. Dave is so funny.
- The Lost Kitchen is a new fave of mine that I have been bingeing. I absolutely love Erin French. Her series can be seen on Magnolia Network.
I know this is a long list, but with streaming and bingeing, we don’t attempt to watch everything in one season. We binge on streaming the ones we didn’t get to. This is just a suggestion list for you. I hope you like it, and bookmark this page to come back to as a resource if you need to.
Have a great evening!
