3 Podcasts To Listen To For Personal Growth

Podcasts have taken the place of the radio (most of the time)for me. I would rather listen to a great podcast and learn something, than listen to the radio. Now, there are times when I will listen to the radio (usually a Spotify playlist), but most of the time it is a podcast.

There are 3 podcasts that are on my que that are personal growth or self-help podcasts. The first is Tonya Leigh’s podcast, The School of Self-Image which is a podcast all about improving yourself the chic way. Tonya loves France and all things “madame chic”. Being a chic fanatic myself, I naturally loved her podcast from day 1. She has grown as a business woman and developed this school to help woman feel good about themselves and grow as a woman. This podcast is a must-listen!

Next is Brooke Castillo’s podcast The Life Coach School Podcast. This podcast is phenomenal in that she not only teaches you how to better yourself, she teaches you how to coach yourself through situations you deal with daily. I love that she is very precise, and very consistent. I look forward to her podcast. She used to post a podcast every week, but now it is once or twice a month. I also must say, she is good friends with Tonya Leigh (the podcaster from above).

The last podcast for personal growth is Aileen Xu’s podcast Lavendaire. Aileen is a youtuber, blogger, business woman and podcaster who is so successful and has such a pleasant demeanor both on her podcast and her youtubes. Aileen hung up the podcast a while back, but she has returned with new episodes every Sunday again. Her business has grown by leaps and bounds. She interviews bloggers, entrepreneurs, podcasters, and has solo episodes as well. For great influencing, follow Aileen.
