Happy New Year Peeps!! It’s 2026!! It’s my favorite holiday of the year! And my favorite time to do a full reset of my goals, my resolutions, and a life reset. But this post is sharing with you a few journal prompts to get your year started off right. And if you are not a journaller, maybe these prompts will help you get started journalling. So pick a notebook (any notebook either pretty or plain), and use it for journalling this year.

3. What can you reasonably commit to in 2026, that will help you move the needle?
4. What are your non-negotiables going to be in 2026?
5. How bad do I want to follow through with my resolutions or goals in 2026?
6. What are some easy daily steps I can take to build lasting habits in 2026?
7. What held me back last year from achieving my goals and dreams?
8. How can I change what I do to prevent being held back from achieving my goals in 2026?
9. What am I looking forward to in 2026?
10. How will I reward myself when I achieve each milestone, goal, or habit?
